Im gonna mix my training up a bit to keep myself motivated and I was wondering what works for everyone on PM. I've been thinking bout a 4 day split 2 on 1 off, chest + back, Shoulders +abs , Bi's +Tri's, legs + abs. supersetting opposing muscle groups. Currently cutting, cardio consists of walking my boxer 30mins twice a day. Or would it be better for CNS recovery to train every other day?
