Back in training now since laying off the weights when I was 25 (39 now).
I have looked at various BBs and their wieghts and I am a little confused as too a good weight to aim for.
My stats are,
height 6ft 4in
Weight 234 Lbs
BF 12%
Wrists 7.5 inches
Chest 48 inches
biceps 16.5 inches
Calf 16.5 inches
I am lucky as I seem to have been blessed with good strong legs and my calfs have never lost any size from when I was younger and training.
Since i started training in Feb I have put on 20 lbs and as you can see from my BF levels this has been mostly muscle. ( current weight above).
Can anyone with their experience give a good guideline weight for my height, in the mirror I am taking shape nicely but still look on the thin side. Just wanted to know a good guide weight to aim for which would show a good sized and shaped physique.
