Whats a good weight for me?

Hi folks,
Back in training now since laying off the weights when I was 25 (39 now).
I have looked at various BBs and their wieghts and I am a little confused as too a good weight to aim for.
My stats are,
height 6ft 4in
Weight 234 Lbs
BF 12%
Wrists 7.5 inches
Chest 48 inches
biceps 16.5 inches
Calf 16.5 inches

I am lucky as I seem to have been blessed with good strong legs and my calfs have never lost any size from when I was younger and training.
Since i started training in Feb I have put on 20 lbs and as you can see from my BF levels this has been mostly muscle. ( current weight above).
Can anyone with their experience give a good guideline weight for my height, in the mirror I am taking shape nicely but still look on the thin side. Just wanted to know a good guide weight to aim for which would show a good sized and shaped physique.

No one will be able to guess as it will depend on much muscle your genetics to allow for. But at your hieght you need to put on quite a bit of muscle to really look huge. Just keep doing what your doing, increase your cals gradually as you gain and keep your bodyfat in the 12% range and time will tell.
