New here, not actually a bodybuilder, I do MMA(Mixed Martial Arts). I use this site for tips and useful information on strength training and workout tips. Just thought I'd post a pic of me to put a face behind the name I'll post some pics of the next tourney I enter.

By the way, I'm an engineer and I work on a Fairbanks Morse ND38 8 1/8 Two stroke diesel(about the size of a small house), hence my name.

Heh, it all depends on how much damage is actually inflicted on me I'm a ground fighter, specializing in Lua and Brazilian Ju-Jitsu. Obviously I'm not the biggest guy so going blow for blow=BAD news for me, so I go for joints. Have gotten the living shit beaten out of me on some occasions though.

heheheeee...........i myself am a Tae-Kwon-Do and Shi-Jan-Do black belt and have been praticining since young.

never got into a real fight before cause i look very harmless heheheeee......but somehow it gives me and edge when it comes to bodbuilding as i am a bit more flexible so i can usually reach certian angle which a few of my buddies can't


i just really inspire to look like the guys here big and ripped BCC is my current idol......ahahahaaa.

Sounds like a really cool job. Years ago Fairbanks Morse diesel locomotives
would pass near my house. I've been told that those engines were the best
at the time.
