Which AI/anti E best for nip swelling

I have gyno, plan on getting surgery when I save up a little more. It's not bad when off cycle, but it swells up on cycle nicely. I'm pretty old school and really familiar with Letro and Nolva.

Besides letro and nolva, which are the best for controlling this. Not familiar with the newer ones,

Raloxifene
Exemestane
Toremifene

Any perks to these either? Any of these really superior to nolva for pct also?

Supposedly Raloxifene works really well for controlling and shrinking mild Gyno.
