Which peps or combos for hyperplasia? I have read conflicting reports on igf, some say it causes hyperplasia and some that it causes the muscle cells to mature faster.

Anyway to prove hyperplasia is occuring?
 
I would think IGF.

However, in terms of muscle gains, it is rather un-noticables. The gains will be very very small.

However, the pumps & body recomp is what many have reported.
 
I have heard concepts with igf about "waking up" certain satellite cells to cause hyperplasia, however they will take some time to develop and mature them.

Is there is, it would be very small that goes unnotice.
Its very hard to see the gains from IGF.

However, the vascularity is quite noticable. I bet u'll like it.
 
It's so hard to gauge whether or not gains made 6 months down the road are from igf1-Lr3 used today from new satellite cells maturing, or from hard work over time while on gear. I will say this. My calves used to be weak. Not they are a major strength, and the growth came about 6 months after doing an Lr3 cycle in my calves. :rolleyes:
 
IGF1-LR3 (1-2 hours pwo)
DES 1-3 IGF (prewo)
MGF (pwo)

Studies combining these peptides have empirically yielded the greatest results in my research trials.

For me my muscles become really full, really fast. Faster than if I just load and load with carbs.

I have not tried insulin however so I don't have that to compare it to.

This most certainly isn't hyperplasia thought, just glycogen retention that goes as soon as you discontinue

Sammy, you have a point. I was admittedly addressing the part about it being hard to see the "gains" from R3, which was stated as an ambiguous variable of change. I see "gains" quickly, and so do others that have tried it.

I do see a strong relationship in my ability to work out much harder and grow much faster. My strength doesn't go up like crazy, but I can add another set, or even another exercise.

My recovery and pumps are better too.

These things ultimately lead to hyperplasia.
