White bumps on areola(nipples)

My friend has just started his first Cycle.
He is on 100mg Test Prop eod, also using 10mg of Nolvadex daily,
he is on his 4 week. I just got a call from him ,he noticed three smal bumps on his right nipple areola site was not there before the cycle. I asked him if he has any symptoms of gyno, sore nipples etc,, nothing. I personally have never heard of this anyone here who has??? May it be gyno symptoms???

This. I have had little ones on my nips for over 10 years and im only 21! It looks like little nipples on my nipple haha. My girlfriend makes fun of me for them thinking its weird I tell her to fuck off because I dont know what its from or what causes it, but my DRs have never commented about it even thought they are quite obvious so I dont think it means anything really.

Wouldn't be too concerned about it if he isn't showing signs of gyno, and assuming by "bumps" you don't mean some gargantuan growth on his nipples.

Also, thank you for clarifying that by areola you were referencing nipples
