Hey Big Heinz,

who prepped Victor Martinez for the Arnold? was it Victor Munoz or Chad Nicholls? on Mayhem, Chad indicated that he prepped Victor all the way from "start to finish".

I know that Victor Munoz was always his trainer... and Victor prepped to his 2000 Nationals class and overall victory...He also prepped him for previous pro shows.

Yes it is like this, but you know, in my opinion is no way to prepare any person for a show for 12 weeks, and even more the 3rth bb of the world by e mail and telephone.

I can tell you guys Chad Nichols does the nutrition, and is one of the best, but Victor Munoz takes care of everything even if the nutrition is working or if they need to do some changes, he takes care of all Victor's off season and countest prep for more than 10 years.

Did you see the improved details on hes legs and upper chest and shoulders compared with the Mr. O last year?
How do you get those progress?......The only way is training hard under the proper and most advanced supervision....Not with diet.

Nice....Yes Hal is my best friend here, i will see him on saturday in the Sunshine National Q. and National Whellchair.

Say hello to vic... the Bronx gym is one of the best gyms i ever seen, they have everything, is clean, nice colors and hardcore.
