Ok here is my question. I'll take bench press as one example. I push almost all my sets to failure. I'm lifting some serious weight(for me). I normally do 3 sets of 10 reps. Going to failure on the last 2. Lately even though I been pushing myself, my chest has not been sore.
So....On a day that I was supposed to work my chest, I instead did 75 push ups until I couldn't do another one...just 1 set of 75. The next day I am sore a hell. Anyone know why?
