I tried to search this but not having any luck. Do you spread out taking winnie throughout the day or all at once, at say 50mg ED? If its taken all at once is it best at any certain time? Thanks.

yeah, 25mg in the morning and 25mg in the afternoon. use a tab splitter to split them.
