Women's Prep

We have been working out a plan for the last few weeks and have finalized everything this past weekend. IslandGirl and myself are going to be teaming with TEAM SKIP to do contest prep for women's figure, women's fitness and women's bodybuilding.

We have a private TEAM SKIP forum in the Female Fitness Forum where we will be doing our one-on-one contest prep. We offer off-season and pre-comp plans. Anyone interested in our services, fees, availability or any more information of any kind can either go through myself or IslandGirl.

We look forward to working with TEAM SKIP and appreciate his willingness to team up with us.
