And sooooooo on, I jump around in the video. I know who the guy is in the video but don’t watch his shit because I think he just trolls ppl all day and fucks around but this set up he was on was very interesting to me.
Is the data useful ...sure but I can tell most of what it’s telling me by just being a seasoned lifter. The one thing I liked about it was that it told you was muscle that you were using in place of the muscle you were supposed to be working.
I just though the science was interesting behind all of it blast the shit out of the video or point out thing you see useful or thing ppl could maybe even go a set further in science to help build more tissue.
