WTF is wrong with London Gold Exchange?

i swear they have chimps running that place

i go through the whole process of creating an account, when i send the info, i get an error message... so i try it again, then get the error message "sorry but that account already exists"... ok.. so i request the login info... then i get another error message...

so i try to email customer support... their fucking email system gives me an error...

bunch of fucking idiots... their site says how fast it is and "we treat our customers like gold" or some BS like that... well their service is so fast that they dont have a telephone so you have to email them... and they "try" to email you back in 4 days... wow... thats greased lightning

anybody know of anyone better (read: system actually phyically works)???

London Gold Exchange do indeed suck. I tried to set up an account last year to send some money to a certain Chinese gentlemen, and it was one fucking problem after another with them. They never even bothered to reply to any of my emails after the first one I sent. Steer well clear Pickles.

I don't even bother with e-gold now 'cos of these idiots.
They never respond to my e-mails, then they go and freeze my account until i send them i.d.
How am i supposed to do this when they don't answer e-mails
