This is my first time doing this in years but its about time i get my body back in order. Ive been in the "game" since 99 but do to injuries i havent worked out in almost 3 years. It all started with taking time off after surgery do to wrist problems that happened while training for a powerlifting meet. I was doing close grip bench presses on a smith machine with about 175 when i heard a pop and my left wrist starting hurting so bad i almost screamed. It turned out i messed up several tendons in that wrist and had to have surgery to repair them. Having to take several weeks off do to it i of course missed my comp and was totaly pissed off. Around the same time i started a new job and also started making excuses why i couldnt make it back to the gym. Time kept going by and so did the excuses well now im fedup with the BS and ready to get back into shape. I was never really a lean guy but i was in pretty good shape and usually bigger then the guy next to me(lol). Well now i want to go for the lean, tight, vascular look. I began working out about 4 weeks ago and im totaly hooked again. I already know im a fat mess so guys no need to point that out haha. Im just doing this for personal motivation. And yes i know my spelling/grammar sucks so no need to point that out aswell lol

18y 125lb b/f prob 15+
now at 30y im 225lb prob 30+ b/f ( i have no real idea)
before surgey was 200lb prob 15ish b/f
i dont have a goal weight at this point i just want to get down to 10ish on the b/f how ever long it takes me. Im gonna be clean ( no aas) untill im in much much better shape. Im eating good and will just be using protein shakes and vitamins. I will update my progress with pics and current info along the way.
Again i already know im in horrible shape so please dont flame me im just doing this in hope it will help keep the motivation high.
