What do you guys think about your airbnb stays. I have had some decent stays and its nice to have a kitchen to cook healthy meals.
But every now and then I get a review from the host that I think is fucked up. I dont throw a party, or disrespect the house rules, but some of these hosts want you to deep clean the apartment before you leave. On top of that they charge you a "cleaning fee."
Last apartment , I left the dishes in the diswasher (cleaned), and took out all the trash and everything and the host left a review stating "wish he had put back the dishes where it belonged."
In my mind like WTF. It is not as if I am not paying you for the stay or you are doing me a favor now you want me to fucking clean for you, and then pay you a cleaning fee too. I think that is fucked up.
The hard part is when you leave a review, you cant see the other persons review till the end. I am relatively easy going, and I ignore minor discomforts, usually leave a good review, only to get a review with a shade thrown in it.
what has been your guys opinion. I travel extensively for work, so end up staying a lot in AIRbnb or Hotels.
