I was wondering what if you blend 2 packs of nuts with a glass of FAT FREE milk... would it be too much fats ? and drink this 4 times a day

Seems like a very out of balance ratio , high fat moderat/low carbs and protein?
Is the objective just to raise the daily calories?

yes, for extra calories

milk has 8gs protein, those nuts packets each 16g

so 40gs of protein ! not bad mate !

my body cant handle fat at all serious in my diet im very low in fat and high carb. if i even looked at this concotion id be pregnant with fat lol
