why not make your own protein icecream

1 1/2 cup greek yogurt
1tbl spoon almond butter
1/2 scoop vanila protein
3tbl spoon walden farm maple syrup


throw in the freezer in the morning .. BAM b4 bed youll have a nice surprise maybe thats why i never have cheat cravings

Not very good. More like ice with a little flavor than ice cream.

if someone is cutting hard, enjoys icecream and looking for a little something to help arctic zero with some help is not to bad. however its not like ice cream.

if i need to take it i will leave it out in room temp for several mins and add waldens syrups to it. it will hit the spot on days i need it.

however i rather try to squeeze in some light icecream if i can esp considering cost.

Damn, I just ate 2 pints of the choc peanut butter one also ! This stuff tastes amazing with some cinnamon and stevia on it . Guess im going to have to start making my own or something, this is ridiculous though, I knew it was to good to be true. :banghead:
