I realize the pictures aren't scaled perfectly, I'm hitting the pose different and at a slightly different angle but figured I'd post up anyways. I've had an excellent offseason doing DC training since competing last August (2way split) and EATING.
On the left is ~170lbs, on the right is 202lbs (I am not competing this year, but had bulked to 226lbs and decided to do some damage control so I can continue bulking hard through the rest of the year).
Still working hard on the legs and arms.
