I've decided to just stay lean as I can year round, I cheat here and there, but I've been pretty strict for a while...
Right now, I'm using Phil's diet and a combination of Phil's and Alex A's training regimen... My younger brother hired Alex and is doing great from his routine, since we train together we do a bit of both... Anyway this is what I look like now at 39... I wanted to compete again, but I keep getting hurt squatting, I don't know wtf is wrong with me!!! Every time I squat deep, I feel and hear a tear in the middle of my quad and the next day it's purple... Maybe I need to add some off-season weight... We'll see...
