Trying to get some new ideas for some good muscle shockers to change it up a bit.
 
for me I just use periodization

week 1
reps will be in the 6-8 range with fst 7 finisher
week 2
reps in the 8-10 range fst-7 finisher
week 3
reps 10-12 rep range with last set of each exercise being a double or triple drop set to failure

repeat week 1 but try to beat reps or weight. take cruise period when my body tells me

Ya I like doing that FST-7 as well towards the end, I have been trying different things at the ends of my work outs to get my muscles that final pump. Usually just hit drop sets or variations of drop sets and from time to time FST-7 as well
 
What does your current routine look like?

Usually do my normal workout either heavy-med 8-14 reps or light-med 16-22 reps during my work outs but I always like to end what ever muscle I'm training with a little burn out of some sort. Just to bring my muscle to total failure
 
I just switch form a 3 day split to a simple 5X5 rutein and I am loving it... I havent been this sore in a long time.
