Trying to get some new ideas for some good muscle shockers to change it up a bit.
for me I just use periodization
week 1
reps will be in the 6-8 range with fst 7 finisher
week 2
reps in the 8-10 range fst-7 finisher
week 3
reps 10-12 rep range with last set of each exercise being a double or triple drop set to failure
repeat week 1 but try to beat reps or weight. take cruise period when my body tells me
