Orange/Ginger Chicken
32 oz. Boneless,Skinless Chicken breasts
1/3 cup - Orange Juice
3 Tbs - Rice Vinegar
3 Tbs - Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1 Tbs - Grated Ginger
1 Tbs - Sesame Oil
Mix all ingredients (except chicken) together in (1) Gallon plastic freezer bag.
Add Chicken and let marinate in refrigerator for at least (1) hr.
Pre-heat grill to Med. High. Place chicken on grill; cook on each side for 5-7 mins., depending on thickness of breasts.
Also good marinade for Beef, Fish, Pork, Shrimp etc.
Serving Size - 4oz.
Protein Per - Approx. 18g
Carbs Per - Approx. 1.5g
Baked Lemon Chicken
6 - Boneless, Skinless Chicken breasts
3/4 Cup - Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
3 - Garlic cloves (crushed)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients (except chicken) together in (1) Gallon plastic freezer bag.
Add Chicken and let marinate in refrigerator for at least (1) hr.
Pre-heat oven to 325
Remove Chicken from marinade – Place chicken on foil covered baking sheet (makes for easier clean-up).
Bake for approx. 40mins. (chicken will be done when clear juices run from chicken).
Serving Size - 4oz.

Thai BBQ Steak
1/2 Cup - Red chilli sauce
1 1/2 Tbs - Sesame oil
1 Tbs - Grated Ginger
3 - Med. Garlic cloves (crushed)
2 Lbs. London Broil or your choice of lean beef.
Mix all ingredients (except Beef) together in (1) Gallon plastic freezer bag.
Add Beef and Marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hrs.
Pre-heat grill to High. Place Beef on grill and cook 5 – 7 mins. on each side (depending on thickness).
You can also cook on a “George Foreman” grill.
