2 scoops whey
2 tbsp natural PB
1 cup oats
comes out to: ~900 calories, 22g fat, 86g carbs, 88g protein
40/40/20 (P/C/F)
grind the oats in a coffee grinder
This is exactly what i have been doing the last few days. I add a banana as well. I have been doing this 3x a day and besides the room clearing gas its been treating me well.. Lots of extra energy during work outs as well.. Cant say enough about those magic bullet things. They are great!!
