Just curious who fries all their weekly food in EVOO. I know alot put it in shakes but I fry my chicken and deer meat with it. I cook about 5lbs a chicken cut up in to fingers at a time and eat it for lunch through out the week.
I basically pour in enough to get about 1/4 inch deep in pan and cut my chicken up in fingers and bread it with soy flour then fry on both sides. It taste so good. I dip it in ketchup event though it taste good by itself.
Would this be considered consuming too much fat? I havent put on any fat from it at all.
