Frying in EVOO

Just curious who fries all their weekly food in EVOO. I know alot put it in shakes but I fry my chicken and deer meat with it. I cook about 5lbs a chicken cut up in to fingers at a time and eat it for lunch through out the week.

I basically pour in enough to get about 1/4 inch deep in pan and cut my chicken up in fingers and bread it with soy flour then fry on both sides. It taste so good. I dip it in ketchup event though it taste good by itself.

Would this be considered consuming too much fat? I havent put on any fat from it at all.

In olive oil yes. I dont drink it so I use it to fry my food. What is wrong with frying my chicken this way. The oil absorbed in the chicken would be good fat, right? I eat about 3 chicken breast a day this way.
 
i guess for bulking its fine, i'm 10 weeks out....soooo, it took me by surprise

that you FRY everything!:(.......my mind is in a different place right now diet wise:mad:
 
I dont really bulk or diet just eat clean healthy Foods.
 
I only fry my eggs and when I do i just pour in enough to coat the pan
 
i always just pour evoo on my food..too lazy to do anything else cooking wise lol
 
One time I cut my chicken into thin slices and dipped them in egg and coated with just a little flour and fried in EVOO. It was actually really good. Let em cool a bit with some ketchup. Only prob is its just too time consuming. I now just get the lemon pepper breasts from the store and throw em on the grill.

All my chicken gets cooked in EVOO. I ccok it on low heat & covered, then cut into 3-4 oz fingers.

Good article 6.8. So much mis-information out there about cooking with it.
 
Every time Rachel Ray says EVOO it turns me on.... I dont know if she is really even all that hot or Im just WAY too jacked up on test right now.
