This is something I've been eating nightly for... well, a year. It's addicting. Here's what goes into it:
-2 servings plain greek yogurt (Chobani or Fage both work great).
-2 scoops Trutein (Or other thick protein of choice -isolates won't produce great results)
-2-4 table spoons of peanut butter/almond butter, depending on my fat macros.
And that's it . You can add flavorings (I like almond extract and/or vanilla extract), sweetener (splenda or stevia), and fruit (bananas and blackberries are awesome with this).
Flavoring is controlled by the protein powder flavor, and the peanut butter adds a creamy texture with a nutty flavor. For an extra treat if you're bulking, add some crushed candy bar like Heath on the top. It's mindblowing.
