Contest prep. Currently 7weeks out
Took the wknd off and went up north to play golf. Didn't train or track anything. Got back Sunday night. Started pinning cjc no dac and ipam. I'm doing them first thing in the morning. Two hours before training which I piggy back w 3 ius of real GH 30ish mins later. And then just peps again before bed. Today is first day back in gym after 3 off and I'm starting it w chest and back. 5 weeks out from this past Saturday. Weighing in at 222 this morning. 
I was worried about losing some steps. Took a selfie in the bathroom on the way up north at some gas station Friday.  wasn't looking too bad. One thing I love about physique. Is that I can live a pretty normal life and still compete at a high-level.
