Ladies and Gentlemen, I decided to post, since I'am officially in contest prep. Please view and comment......I use Phil's plan, and Tony(Aeliop)as my training partner. I was getting frustrated at times...due, to lack of muscles on arms, shoulders, and tightness.....I think I see development compared to the first pics, but I feel like I'm sooooooo far away from goal....I'd like to hear what you all see at this, thanks
