Hey guys I've had a few posts here but still new to this forum. Curious on your opinions on what I should implement into my workouts. My back has been my biggest weakness and I am trying to grow before my next show in Oct. Any suggestions would be very helpful!

Not bad. Deadlifts. Rows. Chins. Old reliable mass builders. Whats your current split and exercises??

I would add good mornings for your lower back and cable pulldowns will help as well.
 
Only exercise you need:

Deadlifts (Heavy)
Rack chins
BB Rows
T bar rows or DB rows
