yes I do about 2x per week post workout, mainly because I hate leaving the gym and there are tons of hotties on the cardio machines next to me so it gives me motivation to hit the elliptical

diet is all over the place. Breakfast is always 4 whole eggs on a whole wheat bagel w/ cheese, as well as 1 scoop of whey...then I might have 15 almonds with synthetek's flavorless whey...then lunch time either 5 slices of pizza, roast chicken w/ mac n cheese and mashed potatoes, chinese buffet, etc....pre workout 2 scoops whey and 1 cup oats....post workout chicken breast on a whole wheat wrap w/ shredded cheese and a cup of white rice. pre bed 2 scoops casein and more almonds...This isn't to a tee every day but it's close. Off days I might have two big meals like pizza, mcdonalds, etc. in addition to 4 other meals that include eggs, chicken, rice, etc. As long as I am on enough hgh and tren, I won't get fat
