Alpha GPC and pre workout supplementation

Has anyone here experimented with using 6-800mg of alpha gpc pre workout ? There’s literature showing it increases force production and I do feel slightly stronger it, as so my friends as well. Besides AAS etc is there anything you guys love to use pre workout that you’d highly reccomened?




Only supplements I currently use are creatine Gatorade powder and eaas and alpha gpc when I have extra the money, I like to drink a ghost energy drink as a pre workout solely for the taste and enjoyment I get out of it or just take a 200mg caffeine tablet
 
I loved this stuff about a decade ago. Truthfully, I had forgotten about it.

When I was young, I'd tried many OTC supplements. Then the first time I took testosterone, it felt like everything else was bullshit.

I only take caffeine now pre-workout.

I have a carb and amino intra shake but it's really just to get another feeding while I'm training.

If you’re looking for a cognitive boost it’s great, thus it’s included in so many pre workouts.

But if you’re looking for strength and size benefits very few supplements are going to aid in that outside of staples like creatine, glutamine, and leucine.

Supplements are great. Just remember, they are just that- supplements to things you don’t get from foods.

Focus on a good pre-workout that increases blood flow and the “pump”, drink EAA’s intra with clean carbs (if needed), and then use a good whey isolate PWO for recovery.

Don’t too get hung up on “unicorn” singular supplements IMO. Alpha GPC is a good nootropic. Thats as far as I’d take it personally.

Yeah man I’ve sold supplements before 99% of supplements that are sold are pretty much a scam, I just stick to intra supps and energy drinks or caffeine pills and protein as well, I’ve just felt personally that it helps a bit and was curious if anyone else had experienced the same thing

I will say I do like glycerol a lot for pump as well as citrulline

I don't know about preworkout scenario but Apha GPC and 1 tab of modafinil and I am tapping into previously unused portions of my brain, clarity and focus are cyborg like.

Heard lots of good things about modafinil! That’s dope
 
I use it and like it for the most part, but higher doses are associated with depression. If someone has problems getting off their butt, I think Acetyl-L-Carnitine with a choline source can actually be felt. Like a fast acting antidepressant.

For me it boosted libido a bit too.
