Good morning
a question for the more experienced
until today I have always taken the dose of GH before going to bed (I use 8 units per day)
However, I notice that during the day the lethargy becomes hard to bear
I wanted to try GH pre workout but I'll explain my situation
I train after the second meal of the day, my routine is this:
wake up at 6am 45 minutes of fasted cardio
first meal with 6/8 units of Humalog
second meal with another 6/8 units of Humalog
then I train with an intra workout (30g HBCD + 10 EAA)
post workout again Humalog 10 units
in this situation, wanting to do GH pre workout, what would be the best timing to avoid side effects on blood sugar levels and more?
*INTRODUCTION, I follow a fixed diet of 800/900 grams carbohydrates, blood tests done on Monday with the result of fasting blood sugar 68 (LOW!!!) glycated hemoglobin also low, so no problems with insulin resistance or anything else, fats are absent in my diet, except when I take a forced rest and eat maybe 200g of salmon, or a few whole eggs
Thanks everyone for the replies
