UPPER
low incline dumbbell press
decline hammer strength machine
hammer strength pulldown, cable front pulldown
dumbbell row, low pulley row, t-bar row
dumbbell lateral raises
skullcrushers, overhead dumbbell press, rope extensions
LOWER
hack squat
leg press
SLDL
standing leg curl
lying leg curl
ez bar curls
incline dumbbell curls
preacher machine curls phil hernon style - positive with both hands, negative with only one
pinwheel curls
3,4 sets per muscle , no warmups between same muscle exercises
Normally I don't go to failure I try to keep one rep left in the tank
also I do something like widowmakers - after the last set for a bodypart I pick an isolation exercise light weight and high reps
any thoughts ?
