Hi Guys.
I am considering to use Insulin Pre-workout, instead of Post. I have read a lot about that to stay lean as possible, then i should use it Pre-workout, what do you think about it?
I have also seen alot of protocols, how to use it, amount of carbs that i should take Pre, Intra and after. But I never got a final solution, so please help me out here guys!
And what about if im during GHRP-2 with my insulin, someone says that carbs and fat reduces the absorption of the GHRP-2, so how should I take my shot post-workout? If i have consumed carbs intra-workout?
