anyone in here that's dry year round... ? what supplements to take ? other than drinking a gallon of water, and low sodium intake

I can remember 3 in the last year. your not going to here anything in this thread that wasn't posted in the others. plenty of supplements to assist.Main thing is diet. Get blood work and make sure your estrogen is under control. After i would recommend taking with a nutrition coach. My though is your just not lean enough to attain the look your wanting.

What? That doesn't make sense.
High protein, moderate carbs, low fats, lots of cardio, very little sodium, stanazol, tbol, masteron.
All of that means nothing if you are 20% bodyfat.
In the end, your bodyfat DIRECTLY determines your "dryness" .

You want veins? Get to 10% body fat.
You want cuts? Get to 10% body fat.
You want super-duper veins and super-duper cuts? Get to 7% body fat.
You want super-trooper-duper veins and cuts? Get to 5% body fat and dehydrate yourself to near death, and THEN take a diuretic, AND THEN don’t drink any water.
Anyone who tells you different is outright lying to your face.
Id love to have a dry look once.
Its one part of this thing I havent learned yet.
Ive dieted down to 5% as a natty lifter, and still didnt look grainy.
I use hydrostatic testing to arrive at that number.
I think I may have extra skin from a time in my life when I was heavily overweight (300lbs)
