I did those one arm rows with the barbell for first time last week. It tore me up. In a great way. Back was sore for first time in a long time. Great stuff! Thanks for vid
First thing that pops out to me is both of you use good form and are using proper weight. The young kids could learn a thing or two by watching you to and using good form instead of just throwing weight around.

i'll +1 on the great form and correct weight.
one question though....on the pulldowns. what are the benefits/differences keeping more upright and using overhand grip versus underhand grip, and leaning back a few degrees.
i do the latter because the first bothers my shoulder more and i feel the latter targets my lats and midback a bit better. would like to hear your opinion.
