Got my bloodwork physical, my total testosterone was at 304, that's not any good!
Early 40's and suffering from low T, however, do to a surgery I won't be able to do much at this present time. Have to wail till I fully recover. Will low T have an affect on healing time, recovery etc?
What would be optimal levels? How much T would be sufficient to raise the levels up, etc?
Lately my stamina, energy, sexual desire and a host of other things been lacking need to remedy this and be consistent... If my Dr doesn't assist me I will have no other choice by to go UG...
