knee AND elbow pain

any suggestions here? both knees and my right elbow give me pain

thinking of picking up some sleeves to train with, i hear TK are good. rest and ice are other options, but the rest part is hard when you go to the gym 6 days a week! i also have a piece of pvc pipe that i use when i think of it on my quads/knee tie in, havent used any rumble roller or any of those. appreciate any help

Compression sleeves are great and also I do a lot of negatives when my tendons are screaming. And don't work into SHARP PAIN

I just picked one up from dicks sporting goods for $20. Look into the Thera band flex bar. This damn thing is awesome for elbow pain

I use EFS elbow sleeves on my heavy sets. Love em!

I use rehband knee sleeves, 7mm ones. Get a size smaller than u measure out at. Expensive, but the best in the world.

Also, listen to ur body. If u need an extra day off, take it.

also gonna mess around with the thera band at work as lethal suggested. now the knee pain.....:banghead:

may pick up some knee sleeves soon, i have my eyes set on TK, but rehband get great reviews as well so ill make a gametime decision i guess

I have a theraband roller massage stick that I like. That flex bar looks interesting. Has it helped you out much? I have golfers elbow.
