any suggestions here? both knees and my right elbow give me pain
thinking of picking up some sleeves to train with, i hear TK are good. rest and ice are other options, but the rest part is hard when you go to the gym 6 days a week! i also have a piece of pvc pipe that i use when i think of it on my quads/knee tie in, havent used any rumble roller or any of those. appreciate any help
