i am currently on gear. (I don't think it matters the specifics). I am doing a 2 on one off split routine. day one is chest/biceps, day two is back/triceps..day three is a rest day. Day four is shoulders. Day five is legs. sometimes depending on how I feel, I take two days off instead of one.
I have been told by many people that I should not take as many days off because I am not making the most of the gear and that with the gear I don't need rest as much.
