I'm trying to buy some good bulk chicken/rice any clue where I can get this ?

Costco chicken breasts are $2.99 a pound. Separate packages of 2-3 breasts each, freeze, thaw, cook. Supposedly no hormones.

Overall I don't think aldi can be beat. No membership needed and you can run in and out. Dirt cheap. You can also find some other gems there. Just bought organic coconut oil for 3.99

Agree, that's where I get mine from.

I buy 10lbs of frozen, boneless chicken breast or tenders for 15.99 at BJs wholesale.

Trader joes is also 2.99/lb for fresh chicken. They also have bags of frozen thighs and tenderloins.

I've been buying all of my groceries there for a while now.

If your in a state and town that has them SPROUTS is hard to beat. Fresh Breast thighs etc on sale often for $1.99lb and good tasting small farm produced.

if you have a resellers tax license, business license you can get a free membership at restaurant depot if there is one by you. They are national, some even have fresh whole/filet fish that restaurants buy. Whole slabs of beef, everything.

i buy fresh chicken breast (99% fat free) from Kroger's @ $1.99 pound. When the see me walk in they immediately start packaging up 10lbs. :D

Sams club is your best beat. That's where I go. I bought 5lbs of boneless skinless chicken breast for 16.00 bucks.

More sources for organic? Sams club Tyson chicken is absolute garbage and costco's natural stuff is still fed with hormones plus when you cook it it ends up with a nasty white paste all around the pan from the preservatives.
Good quality meats is not stressed enough for good quality muscle gains. Bpak is a freak about buying organic and free range. Makes more sense to feed your body with good quality meats than a meat that's highly processed and fed steroids and chemicals IMO.
Any organic sources???

Costco is good. If you are going to stock up on chicken and rice, dont forget to grab the huge container of Quaker Oats they have also.

If you really shop around and find a grocery store that has it on sale you can get it cheap also. Costco has more and more organic/free range stuff now...

i get mine from costco. usually the kirkland frozen ones. when they dont have them i buy the non frozen ones. i also buy boneless thighs, drums, pork shoulders/butts, baby back ribs, ribeyes/tenderloins, ground beef and chicken, flank steak, fresh clams, frozen shrimp, salmon, rotisserie chicken and a lot of my fruits and veggies (that i cant get at the local farmers market) there.
im an every sunday shopper at costco. we go on the way home from church every week.

Also, a lot of chicken companies allow you to buy direct, if you can find one in your area.

I used to know a chicken salesman. He was a mean little cuss who drove a hard bargain. Eventually, his gambling debts got so bad that you could score cheap chicken, just anything to make a sale. Eventually, he lost his job. And so goes the story of Bucky the Chicken Man

Our local Fresh Market has $2.99/lb fresh, hormone free chicken breast every Tuesday.

if there is an Albertsons nearby they will have sales for 1.88 a lb. I stock up and grab 60 lbs.
