My girl has been active her whole life, unfortunately she is up to 190lbs, crazy thing is you can still see her hip bones and her top two abs, its scary how much muscle she has without working out. She is now taking up lifting weights and kickboxing, I went and found her some var to help her cut the fat. What else do you guys think would be of benefit to her besides a good diet, keep in mind I don't want her turning into a guy.
