I've been coaching her for a 4 years now , her and two other good friends I work with competed as well. The bikini girl just turned 20 (a close friends daughter) and is completely natural , the guy got 3rd in light heavyweight we've been friends, train and competing together for years

She pushes me really hard , would come get me after my surgeries to bring me to the gym to watch.
Honestly she's an amazing spotter.
