Yes - if your script is written for .25mg doses. They won't just give you .25mg capsules or tablets, though if you have a script for 1mg of Arimidex per week. It would have to be written ".25mg arimidex EOD", for example.

As long as your doctor scripts it accordingly the compound pharmacy should be able to make it at a dose similar to that (although they may not go be able to go that low).
