Thank you Brother for posting that! I always watch the Branch Warren training videos and I am absolutely fascinated by the brutal sheer level of his intensity and seriousness. You NEVER see him on the phone texting between sets in contrast to all of the other guys always texting in the background of the gym. That focus of his is absolutely dominating and scary and this is the PERFECT example for us to follow and execute through..especially if we are to take Anabolic and or TRT..We are absolutely compelled and obligated to train like this and no excuses for that whatsoever. A naked lady could walk right in front of him between his sets and the most he might do is hawk a nice big spit to his left and proceed to the next set LOL...

True story... I used to train at Metroflex when I was younger.

He's literally the only human to ever scare me in a gym. He had such an aura of intensity around him, it just seemed like "Hmmm... better not do anything to upset/get in the way of/irritate this guy".

He was also insanely thick in person, with the biggest legs I'd ever seen.

That's that blue collar upbringing. Not putting down anyone, but when you had to bust your ass for what you had, your work ethic is sometimes a little different. Very successful outside of bodybuilding. You won't hear anyone say anything bad about Branch Warren.

Well, except for one guy. But he's the same guy who talked shit about John Meadows, so his opinion is officially meaningless. Do you know how much of a dick you have to be to talk shit about John Meadows?

Great video! I am all about intensity as well, so I love to hear the message he give's. About half the people at the gym I go to, need to watch this! I'll refer back to this on my next day training.
