Those are two of my personal favorite flavors. You’re gonna love them man! And ya these ones don’t have much heat. None at all to StrawBeary smoke. And I make stickers for most of my flavors so far. I include one with every order….but I’ll throw a couple extra in there for you.
But honestly if you’re interest in something specific…I can do a print for you

As a matter of fact….it is for sale. It goes for 18 dollars shipped for a 1lb jar.
And yes….traditionally fermented kimchi is stable at room temp for several weeks before needing refridgeration
