Got my buddy the most mediocre IFBB pro @Beef_Stu_97 here. He just placed top 5 in two open pro shows (NY and Cali) this season and is gearing up to win something and graduate to decent next year. no cats, used to self harm forever ago in high school. I now use bodybuilding as a substitute for that lol

Woah! I just did a quick google… you’re only 26!!! That’s damn impressive. You’ve got a long runway ahead of you and I for one am really interested in following your journey. 💪🏼

ok let's see, few things off the bat.

Basically where I'm at now, just finished a 8 week rebound cycle after the shows earlier. 500/250/250 test/NPP/EQ, 10iu of optis/day (they call me "10iu Stu"), humalog preworkout for second part of it. 3 weeks into cruise now, 250 test and still doing 10 on the GH and 6 on humalog. bloodwork from 6 weeks post show wasn't too awful, cholesterol was skewed per usual but I use some meds to help with that (atorvastatin+ezetimibe, 10mg each). 3 more weeks in cruise now, then offseason starts for real. attached a few checkin pics from yesterday morning. 268 right now.

Basic plan right now is to do a solid 5-6 months of offseason, keep things rly lean, probably not go over 285 this time, then prep for NY again next year and compete until I can qualify, however long that takes. I'm quitting my construction management job at the end of the month and going full time with coaching and bodybuilding, so I'll be able to compete more next year. Hoping I can get on stage around 260, I was 253 at cali this year.

current diet is below (sorry its so long). I'll snack a bit on top of this but I'm about 95% on plan usually. IT'S JUST A YUMMY FUCKING SNACK IT DOESN'T COUNT GODDAMMIT!

meat weights are cooked
rice weights are raw
potato weights are raw

TRAINING DAY

Meal 1:
130g oats
100g whey protein
35g almond butter
150g blueberries

Meal 2:
310g chicken
110g rice

Meal 3:
310g lean steak
400g red potato

Meal 4:
285g chicken
145g rice
1 cup pineapple

Intra:
25g EAA
60g HBCD
5g taurine, 5g citrulline, 5g creatine

Post workout shake:
70g whey protein
60g dextrose

Meal 5:
260g chicken
105g rice
1/2 avocado

REST DAY

Meal 1:
95g oats
100g whey protein
25g almond butter
150g blueberries

Meal 2:
300g chicken
85g rice

Meal 3:
300g steak
215g red potato

Meal 4:
300g chicken
70g rice

Meal 5:

drug wise, I think I'm pretty standard for someone my size. GH has basically been pegged at 10 IU for the last 2.5 years straight. Only ever used Optitropin Grey Tops in that time, shoutout to Opti to giving me acromegaly. Offseason drugs range from 1.8-2.2g total, about half of that is usually test and the rest is EQ and deca or tren. Rly love tren in the offseason, I hate to confess, I can eat on it great, I don't get mental sides from it for the mostpart. Just rough on bloodwork, so I usually keep runs to 10 weeks max, 3-400mg-ish. nothing fancy drug-wise honestly. I pulse anadrol through offseason as well, love that stuff.

I'm going to probably be a bit more moderate with gear this offseason. I don't need to pile on shitloads of tissue at this point like I did a few years ago. so I'd like to scale back total miligrams to about 1.6-2g. Downright healthy lol.
