Stuffy nose from viagra - need help

Are there any natural ways, sprays to open up the nasal right before bed, I take viagra before sex and makes me not breath right, I end up snoring pretty bad.

I don't want to use nasal sprays that have chemicals

I’ve been using ug cialis and viagra. The stuffy nose thing is inconsistent from batch to batch.

Try 2,5mg daily dosing and its gone.

Try using a ‘neti pot’ regularly. Or a saline solution. Or a hyprertonic seawater nasal spray. Or XYnase or Aller-Flo sprays. None are habit forming. Hope one of these helps. I have used them all.

Other than that, try noodling around with your dosages and or various other products.

Failing all the above this just might be the way it’s going to be for you But I am sure the ‘activity’ is worth the side effects .

Yep, I’m one of em! I can come off, but don’t feel like having a stuffy nose for 3/4 days straight! Eh, one day I might force myself to deal with it.

Ride it out. It used to get me like that and eventually went away. Too much benefit from that blood flow to not take it. I don’t even need it for ED reasons

I've read Viagra is less selective in the PDE enzymes than Cialis and Levitra and that's why it affects the nose due to receptor interactions there. It also dilates lung tissues.

I should have added - if not taking it near food, drink more water. Food may make the onset a bit longer 6+ hrs, however empty stomach with water is a bit quicker. Or let the cialis dissolve under your tongue is another option.


I used to have a recipe with Proviron, Cabaser and Dapoxitene along with Cialis and baby aspirin and sometimes even test base that I coined the Jackhammer Stack.

Cialis is also a better option because this will benefit you for 36+ hrs or even over an entire weekend and is much less prone to headache issues.

It’s not necessarily that people get hooked on nasal sprays, it’s that most decongestant nasal sprays like Afrin (Oxymetazoline) have a “rebound” effect with congestion and it can come back worse after using these types of nasal sprays so people keep using them and using them to get the relief because it works so quickly..

I literally now am just getting over a cold and spoke with my pharmacist friend about this.. She gave me Flonase Nasal Spray (50mcg per spray) and it is a corticosteroid so doesn’t work like Afrin and other Oxymetazoline sprays so there’s no rebound effect and it’s actually prescribed to people who suffer from long term decongestant spray use to get over the rebound congestion…

You can use both in conjunction if it’s really bad congestion (this happened to me, I literally felt like I had cement in my nose and couldn’t breathe at all).. And it works in literally 10-30 seconds.. I went from being completely blocked, couldn’t push any air out of my nose no matter how hard I pushed, to completely open and breathing perfectly in about 10-15 seconds.. So you can use Afrin for 2-3 days MAX while the Flonase takes effect (it has a longer onset time of about 2-3 days sometimes to take full effect) and when you stop the Afrin it shouldn’t come with rebound effect if you keep using the Flonase..

Flonase is safe to use long term and it has no rebound congestion so you can stop whenever you’d like and you’ll be fine… It’s prescribed all the time for long term use in people who suffer heavily from seasonal allergies..

I doubt you will get addicted to nasal sprays if used responsibly and in your case only use it after Viagra/sex and before sleep.
