How do u know for certain u have sleep apnea?I have no health insurance. I'm wanting to get a CPAP machine. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thank you.
Gasping for air while you sleep/stopping breathing, snoring, waking up with headaches due to lack of oxygen to the brain, waking up with irregular/racing heartbeat, ALWAYS tired, falling asleep ALL the time...even while driving, elevated blood pressure, elevated cholesterol. How do u know for certain u have sleep apnea
And if you can find an APAP (which auto adjusts... even better)eBay or your local Craigslist.
You should have a sleep study done to see if you have central sleep apnea. You might
need a bipap machine or even something more advanced. If you need a bipap and you get
a cpap machine it will do you no good and make you feel even worse.
