I dont see how he would get in any trouble, unless his homecountry decides to do something. It doesnt sound like he is even physically here in the US, so they would have to deport him somehow.

It is important though that people dont continue to try to place orders with him, am i wrong? Doesnt LE have his email account and arent they using it now to gather intelligence and lure people? maybe im wrong, dont want to spead misinformation.

Actually, it's a little more than that:

Nov. 3 - $9750.00
Dec. 7 - $9750.00
Dec. 23 - $6150.00

$25,650.00 over a two month period

I added them all up, and they came out at under $20k. They said 4 totalled $9.75k

Either way, it's peanuts.

You guys have to remember, that legally there is NOTHING that they can do to the internationals listed in the indictments. They are only there so it looks like a bigger deal than it is.

Remember, this is the indcitment served by the cops to the court. They always throw the kitchen sink in it, most of it gets thrown out though.

When I had my matter in '99, my innitial indictment said $40mil. By the time it was finalised in 2004, it dropped to $107k in the final one.

If you guys had an understanding how LE works, you would realise that this indictment is FAR from a big deal.
