You can if you were 250 to 270 for many many years prior JalSmiley.....and thats what dicedsix is saying....now if someone doesnt have the genetics to ever be 250 to 270.....yea impossible.
 
how can you just make a blanket statement as such...there are people that are just not built to be in the 200's, let alone 240....i know people who are 6foot plus and cannot no matter what they eat put on and ounce of weight and are like 160 170ish...juice and eat asses off and still barely breaking 200...frustrated and go eat mcdonalds everyday and wham, 206...but all bloat!ha
yeah we all seen a couple guys here and there that can do 240-250lean...but yeah this whole thread stuff about people in general is such BS cause there is no GENERAL terms when talking about people...they come in all shapes, sizes, colors, etc etc etc
so yes when dante says it can be done...yeah, for the few freaks of nature that he found yes they can do it...can me or you ... probably not...no change that to definitely not!!!!

edit: just reread..hope that is why you say "some of you"meaning there are some gifted folks that can that are arguing the opposite...if not it should read "a very minute amount of you!"

I understand what you are saying, I'm not going to argue your points.
I am quite simply saying that there are quite a few people in this and other sports, that naturally are built to be bigger and leaner, without the use or abuse of anabolics.

I have always been involved in athletics and bodybuilding. So I am sure I am quite biased but it DOES GET FRUSTRATING when people use blanket statements such as "you can't be 240ish with abs unless you are over 7 feet"..

I personally lived with a great friend who had a horrible addiction to nubain. He was a football player, about 5'10 235 with a deep 6 pack. Barely 2500k a day, took 1 sust amp every 10 days split into 2 shots. 35 years old. Kept between 240-250lbs since he was 20 years old. His family put him in rehab to kick the nubain addiction. 9 months in and out of rehab. Did not touch a single anabolic. 3 normal sized meals a day with maybe 3 protein shakes a week after light lifting. After all of that, 235lbs with abs. This guy can squat 405 for 20 reps and probably the same for bench.

Unfortunately, I dont have those genetics. But from 15 years of heavy lifting and keeping a body weight slightly above my target weight, I can hold 225lbs with abs at 6' natty.

I think we all fall back on these excuses when it simply comes down to how God built each one of us. But there is not a single doubt in my mind that if a gifted individual walked around at 250-260 for years. Consistenly hitting the heavy weights and putting in his time at the dinner table, then there is a STRONG possibility that he could easily walk around at 230-240 lean and within normal t ranges.

1- exaggerating (whether on the high side or low side) will always cause shit in this board... so why not leave it alone...

2- why do you have to jump in everytime when someone mentions that there are pros who are on high doses and give the same examples over and over again then say "what's the use"?

and that last sentence... let's just put it this way... if an obese person said "I rarely eat... i only eat one meal a day"... you'd know that he doesn't count snacks that probably have more calories in total than that meal he eats.

but because you are constantly attacked about your usually exaggerated claims, you tend to group all people in one big "everyone says this" circle.

nothing personal bro... i have a ton of respect for you and the knowledge you share... but i'm just tired of threads getting raped... especially this one where i wanted to see big heinz's reply and what he plans to do, and now he's probably not even gonna post here.

You just say "THIS IS WHAT EVERYBODY DOES".......I have a problem with that because I know better "than this is what everybody does". So I use examples and I try to bring them from the top competitors on this board who people know to prove my point.

Yea you state that alot in your posts...many posts on this board. My problem on this thread is people speak in absolutes alot "Everyone does this"....like there is some magical barrier that allows guys with genetics just like the average man to suddenly turn into Jay Cutler. You either have it or you dont.
Now do i disagree that some guys juice to the holy hilt? absolutely not. In fact recently I was informed about a top pro's use and I'll be honest with you.....myself and some peers of mine think this guy has a kind of sickly "IM going to die or win" mindset......and he very might well die.....because he is going to lengths to win shows that is mindboggling....amounts that even the most shockproof guys on this board might shake their heads at and think "Jesus are you kidding me, what the F is that guy doing?"......on the other hand one of the pro's who (has also been accused on this very board of blasting it to the high heavens) and he doesn't....he is very health concious and just refuses to take chances.......and is nite and day different ergowise from the other pro (who he is very competitive onstage with-back and forth)

so again I get a bug up my ass when i see people say "They all do this"
I dont think every guy on this board does the exact same thing, and I sure as heck dont believe every pro out there does.

and then I want to see some

random 5'8" 185 guy on this board do the exact same.

Just because I want to see the random guy 6 months later post about how Phil Hernon "F*&king lies his ass off and is obviously taking 3 grams of test, 2 anadrol, 10 ius of gh, and 1000mg deca" because Mr Random is only 207 and Phil Hernon is weighing in at 257

I went to prison and ate 1 slice of bolonga, 1 kool aid, 1 lime 3 times a day in tent city in AZ.......came out after 1 year at 192......I gained a pound a day and 58 days later I was 250 on nothing.........but burgers with no buns from burger king. I would GLADLY TAKE 750 test, 30 tren every 3rd day and 2 iu gh.......that would be awesome but with my BP issues I would never do that. My BP is weight related so I need to keep it down.......
 
Well Phil to be fair there is probably a good amount of hormones in those BK Burgers haha.
