When I toss together a quick meal of ground beef/sirloin and brown rice, I like to throw some ketchup on top and mix it all in. Anybody do anything else that is less cal's/sugars for a sauce. Salsa maybe?

Lean hamburger goes with everything.
- Peanut Butter - if it fits in your macros
For me:
Chili powder
Garlic
Onion
Sea salt
Black pepper
Any of the Mrs Dash seasonings
Crushed red pepper
Plain tomato sauce
Hot sauce
Pretty much everything I make has some mixture of the above in it. I can't live without tons of chili powder and garlic.
