If there's one thing I've learned in my 5 years of training it's to always deload. You can listen to your body but sometimes your mind wants to keep going more than your body can keep up and then you get injured or regress in progress.
I think the 4th week deloading is perfect for most people. I've learned to not push too hard for too long. Push hard for 3 weeks then deload 1 week. 3 steps at a time. The deload won't hurt your strength and will keep you healthy.
